Our fine dining restaurants celebrate the “farm to table” concept. An emphasis is placed on organic products from the Resort’s vegetable garden, selected local farms from Maremma Tuscany, and seasonal products from Italy.

Our restaurants also apply the innovative Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. At heart is the Mediterranean-type diet with fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish.

Dama Dama Restaurant

Enjoy the most innovative takes on regional flavours and traditions in the Dama Dama Restaurant, where fine dining becomes a sublime experience.

Sample exquisite masterpieces by choosing the Tasting Menu: you will undertake an unforgettable epicurean voyage among the flavours, the aromas and the colours of the most particular land and sea dishes.

The cellar offers the best Italian oenology. You will find the most renowned Tuscan wines, niche selections, and biodynamic and natural wines.

Dama Dama is the scientific name for the fallow deer, a beautiful species that you can still find roaming freely in the woods surrounding the Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort.

The Dama Dama Restaurant presents itself as a sophisticated Tuscan retreat where nature, design, and atmosphere come together in perfect harmony. The 2025 restyling transformed the space into a contemporary and sensory environment with anthracite-grey walls, elegant sculptural textures, abstract artworks, a fireplace and a striking bronze sculpture of a deer—a tribute to the origins of the restaurant’s name.

You can dine on the restaurant’s outdoor panoramic terrace from spring to autumn.

The Dama Dama Restaurant is open daily for dinner from 7.30pm to 10.00pm, also to the external public.

Club House Restaurant

Club House is the quintessential restaurant where to eat typical Argentario cuisine or alternative dishes such as a succulent club sandwich or a cheeseburger. It offers traditional Tuscan dishes like tortelli al ragù, panzanella, Florentine steak, and organic caciotta ravioli.

Evoking a seamless blend of class, comfort and cosiness, the Club House Restaurant is the perfect spot to head to if you want to unwind after a day on the golf course, at the beach or sightseeing around Tuscany.

The interiors recall the tradition of the historic Anglo-Saxon golf clubs but with unusual and contemporary details. The large windows and panoramic terrace offer a relaxing view of the golf course up to the sea.

The bar is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, offering sandwiches, salads, and desserts all day long.
The kitchen is open for lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, with the Late Lunch menu from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and for dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Club House Restaurant is open also to the external public.

Meet the Chef

Born in the Argentario area, Emiliano Lombardelli demonstrated his passion and love for cooking from an early age. After attending the hotel school, he began working in the world of fine dining in 1988, with essential experiences next to Chef and gastronomist Alvaro Claudi on Elba Island, to Chef Giuseppe Sestito at the “Mirabelle” in Rome and with Chef Armin Mairhofer in the “Anna Stuben” restaurant of Hotel Gardena in Ortisei.

In 2008 he returned to Monte Argentario as Executive Chef at the Dama Dama Restaurant. In 2014 he began a period of consultancy, devoting himself to other projects, reaching important goals in the most prestigious gastronomic guides and other activities such as the publication of two books entitled “Con Gusto” “and “Cibo”. From Spring 2019, he is back as Executive Chef at the Dama Dama and Club House restaurants of Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort.

Our Bars

Dragonfly Bar is the lounge bar inside the Resort, next to a grand white spiral staircase. It is characterized by Marcel Wanders’ amusing tables shaped like wild boars, by large circular sofas, and its counter illuminated by windows reminiscent of dragonfly wings.

The Club House Bar offers classic and original cocktails, regenerating drinks, sandwiches, salads and desserts all day.

Both bars overlook two large panoramic terraces, perfect for outdoor aperitifs while admiring the golf course, the panorama of Monte Argentario and the Gulf of Talamone. Do not miss the sunset experience!
