A delicious journey through nature, traditions and wellbeing

Our restaurants celebrate the “farm to table” concept. An emphasis is placed on organic products from the Resort’s vegetable garden, selected local farms from Maremma Tuscany, and seasonal products from Italy.

Our restaurants also apply the innovative Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. At heart is the Mediterranean-type diet with fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish.
