World Wellness Weekend 2026

From 18 to 20 September 2026, World Wellness Weekend returns with its international celebration of wellbeing and healthier lifestyles, bringing together thousands of wellness venues and professionals around the world.

Espace Wellness Center, the spa at Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, is joining the initiative with a complimentary workshop offering an introduction to the world of professional massage and a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into an authentic spa treatment at a five-star resort.

Complimentary Workshop: Introduction to Body Massage Techniques

Friday, 18 September 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

During this 60-minute demonstration, our wellness professionals will introduce some of the techniques used every day at Espace Wellness Center.

The experience will begin with the preparation of the treatment room and the little details that set the mood – from warm oils and aromatic essences to music and towels – before exploring three different massage techniques:

• Relaxation massage, featuring slow, flowing movements designed to encourage a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
• Deep tissue massage, using slow, firm pressure to help release muscular tension.
• Drainage massage, with a demonstration of techniques focusing particularly on the legs and abdomen.

The workshop will conclude with a relaxing herbal tea and personalised advice on spa experiences and treatments.

It is a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes at Espace Wellness Center and discover the techniques, gestures and attention to detail that transform every treatment into a genuine wellness experience.

Participation in the workshop is complimentary, with advance booking required. Places are limited. The workshop will be held in Italian.
